1. How can I place an order in the online shop?
Our online shop is one of the easiest to use.
You don’t have to register before, during or after placing an order.

Step 1: Select/click on one of our two jewellery sections on the left-hand side.
             You can choose between the "STEEL-COLLECTION" and the "SILVER-COLLECTION"
Step 2: Select/click on your desired sport, e.g. "MOUNTAINBIKE"
Step 3: Select/click on your desired category, e.g. "SHOW ALL". The number of available products can be found              next to the category, e.g. Pendants / 37 Products.
Step 4:Select/click on "DETAILS" to enlarge the product image and to receive detailed information.
Step 5: To order the selected item of jewellery click on "ORDER NOW"
Step 6: You are now in the "CART" section. You now have the option to "REMOVE" the selected product,              "CHOOSE FURTHER PRODUCTS" or "GO TO PAYMENT" at any time.
Step 7: To order the selected product click on "GO TO PAYMENT".
Step 8: Enter the information that is required for the order and click on "CONTINUE YOUR ORDER". The              shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed on the next page.
Step 9: After checking all of the details and accepting the General Terms and Conditions, click on              "CONCLUDE ORDER". The order can be cancelled at any time up to this point. If the order is successful              you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us immediately.


2. Is delivery on invoice possible?
Yes - we always deliver against invoice. This ensures that you as a customer have the best possible security.

3. How can I pay?
Within 14 days of receipt of the item via bank transfer. All information is included with the delivery (bank details, etc.).

4. How long does delivery take? 
Orders are generally made ready for dispatch within 24 hours (during weekdays). If an item is not in stock, we will inform you immediately about the actual time of delivery.

If you require an order, e.g.: as a present on a particular date, please also take the time for postal delivery into account.
Post: Austria 1-2 days / Germany 3-4 days / Europe 4-5 days

5. What are the shipping costs?
Austria EUR 4,- / rest of Europe EUR 5,-

6. What delivery method is used?
We send our items as "registered mail"

7. Can I exchange or return the ordered item?
All items ordered from us can be exchanged or returned within 14 days if they have not been worn. You must pay the return postage costs - see Terms and Conditions.

8. How can I exchange or return the ordered item?
You can return the item(s) without having to specify a reason. Please enclose the original invoice or a copy of it so that we can allocate it to the product(s). If you would like to exchange an item simply enclose the desired item number or place a new order in the online shop.
